I've signed up, but I'm not listed on the Recruit Roster.
Solution:
You should of received an email at the address you specified during the sign up process. This contains a password you need
to confirm your registration. Once you have retrieved this go to Verify your Signup.
You will not be able to continue until you have completed this step.
Problem:
I've signed up and verified, but I'm unsure of what to do next.
Solution:
Go to the
Recruit Roster to see your current status. Click on your name to get a list of what you still need to complete.
Problem:
I've flown a match with a UPA member but they haven't reported it yet.
Solution:
Members have been instructed to log flight tests as soon as they are complete. However, sometimes circumstances prohibit this. Be patient, give them a day to see if they get back online and log the test for you. Remind them if you see them online or send an email reminder. If they still do not you may contact the recruitment officer for additional help.
Problem:
I've forgotton/lost my Password
Solution:
You need to speak with the "Recruiting Coordinator". He can resend your password to your email.
Problem:
I entered the wrong email at sign up. [or] My email has changed since I signed up.
Solution:
You need to speak with the "Recruiting Coordinator". He can change your email address for you.
