Recruiting Points are a method to keep track of who has been involved in the recruiting process. If a recruit denotes that a given member recruited/referred them to UPA, that member is awarded one point. If a member gives a recruit one of the flight tests, that pilot will be awarded half a point. On 2/19/00 the UPA SC voted to cease the pratice of promoting pilots based on recruiting pilots. As of this date no pilot is due a promotion for recruiting. This ranking table therefore is for informational purposes only. Squad Leaders may wish to reward pilots on an individual bases as need for new recruits in that squad arises. However, to award members who are helping to maintain a constant/rising number of UPA members, certain credit points are given with which this member may buy various things at the Fleet Shop or the UPA Cantina. Recruiters are given 500, Testers are given 250 credits upon completion of the recruit's recruitment process. Back to Lobby
